Training Provided. We provide training for pest biology, the technology of pest management, license preparation and the services provided. Combination of ride-along training with a senior PMP, digital, video, self-study, and tutoring. 30 day training period with test tutoring provided to obtain required state licensing.

Assigned Your Own Route. First, a service manager works with you on your route for training and to get you acquainted with it. From there you gain efficiency and build further income. There is reward in providing a needed service to others and it’s great when they show their appreciation.

Assigned Your Own Truck, Equipment, and Supplies. You have your own truck and equipment which you can drive home at night. Trucks are well maintained and fully equipped for you to succeed.

Ongoing Support and Further Training Provided. You have contact with the office for updates. We provide service manager visits, help with difficult pest problems that arise, and also provide ongoing training (one-on-one and classroom).

This position provides great opportunities for personal growth and advancement.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be working predominantly in residential pest control. Creating and maintaining good working relationships with our clients and partnering with them to assist them in their pest control needs. Pest pest control or handyman skills a plus. Training will be provided.

What we offer: - Great pay! Among highest in the area - Paid Training - $25 to $30/hr DOE - Commission after acquiring State License - Paid Vacation - Medical/ Dental - Company vehicle, phone, and equipment. Company vehicle usage to/from home in most cases! > Generally work Monday through Friday. Working Saturdays is available for extra $.

Qualifications:

- Education - High School or equivalent.

- Current driver's license and reasonable driving record required. (Possible to work with past errors on driving record--call us for details.)

- Must pass a criminal background check, etc.

Helpful but not required: Already licensed in pest control. Experience in sales, customer service, and/or construction can also be helpful.
