F&B Attendant
Base Pay: $12 per hour with tips from the tip pool
Location: Any of the resort restaurant venues

Required Certs or Licenses: NM Food Handler License, some venues may require NM Alcohol Severs license as well
Min Age: Typically 14 years old but some venues may have different requirements based on duties

This is a do anything kind of job! Must have a willingness to work hard. Great for someone without a lot of experience to learn all aspects of the Restaurant Hospitality world.
This position is responsible for outdoor work: shoveling snow, maintaining the ski lockers, cleaning the bathrooms, providing customer service, answering questions, helping guests navigate the base area, picking up trash, emptying the trash cans, cheerfully greeting customers and maintaining a clean and safe base area while striving to exceed customer expectations.
This hard worker will also be working in a hot kitchen: bussing, running food, dishwashing, cashiering, cleaning, and preparing simple food, but typically not working the line.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and cooking food
- Using a Point-of-Sale system and handling cash
- Maintaining a clean restaurant space to include sweeping, vacuuming, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, shoveling snow, etc.
- We are looking for applicants with attention to detail, who can provide excellent customer service at all times, multitask, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. Employee housing is “dorm-style” and starts at $400/month. A list of local rental resources is available upon request.
