We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician :in our Lawrenceville, GA facility reporting to the Maintenance Manager. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the building, equipment, and general facilities maintenance duties.

Your Solution Partner. :
We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician :in our Lawrenceville, GA facility reporting to the Maintenance Manager. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the building, equipment, and general facilities maintenance duties.
Major Tasks will include:
- Maintaining all facilities duties such as janitorial functions, equipment maintenance, minor servicing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and some construction related needs
- Skilled in industrial machinery and/or automation repair
- Coordinating with outside vendors to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Maintaining interior and the external appearance of the building as well as the parking lots
- Notifying the Safety Supervisor of identified potential safety issues
- Collaborating with the Safety Supervisor to repair safety related damages or concerns
- Utilizing the UpKeep CMMS to oversee and track orders and preventative maintenance items
- Inspecting equipment for preventative maintenance and potential safety hazards
- Inspecting forklifts to ensure proper upkeep and operation
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Understanding and configuring electro-mechanical components
- Performing electro-mechanical repairs, troubleshooting wiring and testing modified semi-complex units without supervision on standard projects
- Communicate effectively regarding job status
- Planning and completing maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Performing other duties and assignments as assigned by management
- Minimum High School diploma
- 1-3 years of related maintenance experience
- Ability to read schematics (Electrical/Hydraulic) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the cleaning and equipment maintenance needs which may be outside of business hours
- General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing to perform minor repairs and maintenance
