Facilities Technician Job at KIK Custom Products
KIK Custom Products Conyers, GA 30012
Provide facilities support for the Conyers site by performing routine building maintenance.
- Minor plumbing repairs (sinks, toilets and pipe leaks) as needed.
- Repair man doors and locks
- Cosmetic repairs (drywall and painting)
- Repair lighting in office areas (bulb replacement and ballast replacement)
- Complete lighting PMs including emergency lighting.
- Repair or replace tables chairs in break areas as needed.
- Assist with jumping forklifts off when needed.
- Replace dispensers in restroom/breakrooms
- Mounting display boards, dry erase boards or bulletin boards
- Support warehouse manual and automatic stretch wrap machines. Asist with wrapper issues and make minor repairs.
