SUMMARY
All-Star Sports Academy is the Greater Philadelphia area’s premier organization for developing young athletes through mentorship, instruction, and competition. Since 1998, our organization evolved from one to six facilities and is a national leader for baseball and softball training with a focus on mentoring young players and emphasizing the benefits of hard work, commitment, and excellent training routines. Our Future Starz Tournament Series, a division of ASSA, is the nation’s premier provider of guaranteed college exposure events, operating college exposure and non-college exposure tournaments and camps throughout the East Coast.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming scheduling calls: book out existing lessons, update Salesforce profiles, handle quality control questions, extend lesson packages
- Perform outgoing scheduling calls: focus (as needed) on facilities, staff, new clients, expiring lessons, low packages, fallout, lesson waitlist
- Handle scheduling emails: send periodic outgoing reminders, answer customer emails, respond to auto email replies
- Oversee calendar management: add staff availability, adjust seasonal auto emails, maximize room schedule, and block out future practices, programs, special events, etc.
- Assist in customer list creation for facilities: complete Daily Targets in MindBody, First Visits, Expiring Lessons, Tickler List, Past Program Buyers, Fall Out List, etc.
- Participate in weekly meetings: individual and department meetings on reporting, ongoing training, language development, customer concerns, and system improvements
- Reporting: Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for facilities, special events, corporate office, along with department and individual metrics
- Systems Training: train new employees on ASBA technology systems, processes, and best practices
- Assist in Accounts Receivables, payment plan structures, processing for Futures & Academy Teams
- Customer service: greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required
- Sales service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work evenings and weekends
