The Facility Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. The position includes the supervision of multiple plant employees and plant operations.
Performs multiple site-specific plant operations, including, but not limited to, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, wastewater treatment, shredder operations, Scanning applications for Waste tracking, and Proper warehousing
Performs multiple site-specific plant operations, including, but not limited to, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, wastewater treatment, shredder operations, Scanning applications for Waste tracking, and Proper warehousing
- Supervises multiple Plant Foremen/Employees and plant operations
- Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures, holds employees accountable
- Ensures that supervised operations/employees understand and have ownership for area specific permit-required compliance standards
- Works under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
- Reviews all applicable SOP’s annually and scores satisfactorily on quizzes
- Understands and drives Clean Compliance Standard.
- 3-5 years of plant operations experience.
- 1-2 years of plant supervision experience.
