FACTORY REP - OUTSIDE SALES POSITION

We are an Equipment / Foodservice Brokerage servicing the Southwestern territories. We represent both food and equipment manufacturers, encompassing all aspects of the food service business. It is a fast-paced and innovative environment, as our business is ever-changing. We are an independent firm, and our team is a tight knit family who supports and helps each other to continually grow within the business.

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our Equipment team in Aurora/Denver, Colorado, as an Entry- to Mid-Level Foodservice Sales Associate. You will be responsible for sales calls for professional kitchen equipment, applicable to the foodservice industry. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with an occasional weekend or evening event to be attended. Compensation includes a generous Base Salary plus Commission, and will be offered based on previous experience levels in similar or related industries, with an additional benefits package including health insurance options, car mileage and gas allowance, phone allowance and paid vacation/holidays.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency and fluency in English required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook. Will teach Teams and SharePoint.)
  • Computer literacy with ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and presentable
  • Must be able to lift 15-50 lbs
  • Must have an outgoing personality / be a “people person”
  • Must be approved to work in the US
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable, insured transportation
  • Must pass drug test
  • Food Handlers card, or willing to obtain one
  • 1-2 years Foodservice food or equipment sales experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sales calls on dealers, end users, and K-12 school districts
  • Enter all sales calls into CRM reporting system
  • Build relationships with end users, manufacturers and dealers
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, but also work as a team
  • Help with food shows, presentations and sales meetings when needed
  • Work with School Sales Team to identify business opportunities via RFP’s from school districts
  • Monitor account balances and monthly account reports
  • Consistently communicate with dealers and manufacturers
  • Learn and grow within the company

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
