Requirements:
- License issued by the Puerto Rico Medical Discipline and Licensure Board
- Certification of Registry and Medical Education from the Puerto Rico Department of Health
- Active membership in the Puerto Rico College of Physicians and Surgeons
- CPR-BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS Certification
- NPI Registry
