Well respected, mission minded Community Health Centers in the region, serving the Raleigh, NC area. Actively seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Family Medicine Physician is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for the preoperative patient in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status. Preoperative preparation and postoperative clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.

The Physician maintains focus on service to patients and demonstrates appropriate knowledge of common medical problems and relevant therapies. The provider coordinates care with other providers appropriately and assists in seeing patients for other providers when necessary.
