Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to new admissions and assess for medical stability.
- Assessment and Treatment with sick clients.
- Work closely with members of the nursing team.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary teams with members of clients' families and other professionals to facilitate meeting the identified goals for clients.
- Attend and participate in required staff meetings and trainings.
- Make appropriate filings with the nursing board.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and differences.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people from various socio-economic and educational backgrounds.
- Ability to assess and provide treatment in a variety of settings.
- Ability to complete job responsibilities autonomously without daily oversight.
- True team player, not afraid of technology.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- 5 years of practice with a collaborating physician preferred.
- Licensed in the State.
