Summary: Staff Glynwood’s Farm Store on weekends. This includes setting up and restocking
inventory, assisting customers, making sales of Glynwood meat, produce, and third-party products, and
helping facilitate CSA pickup and customers in the pick-your-own field.
Essential Job Duties

- Promote sales of Glynwood-Grown and Grazed foods
- Represent and educate customers about Glynwood’s mission
- Perform routine Farm Store setup and breakdown
- Restock Farm Store merchandise as needed
- Operate POS system, including counting cash and closing out register
- Facilitate after-hours CSA distribution and pick-your-own field harvesting
- Maintain order and cleanliness in Farm Store and CSA tent
- Discuss cooking techniques and recipes with shareholders and customers
- Arrive on time

Ability to provide friendly customer service
- Have excellent communication and organization skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Confidence in discussing cooking techniques and recipes
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Some bending and stretching are required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Work will be primarily located indoors in Glynwood’s farm store, but may require spending
some time outdoors.
