FedEx Contracted Service Provider Avalanche Delivery, Inc is looking for individuals in the Cadillac area who are motivated, hardworking and team oriented . Avalanche team members focus on safety, customer service and overall attitude. All Avalanche team members take pride in a job well done.
- Position: FedEx Pickup and Delivery Driver out of the Cadillac, MI terminal
Responsibilities:
- Organize/load vehicle and deliver packages to both residential and business locations
- Manage pickups to be performed within time constraints
- Safely operate company equipment
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one (1) year of on the job driving experience within the last three (3) years. Examples: Uber, Lyft, Furniture Delivery, Landscaping, Food Delivery
- Currently have or able to obtain Chauffeur’s license
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work in a safety oriented, fast paced, physically demanding environment
- Pass DOT physical, extensive background check and drug screen
Pay:
- Weekly salary based on a 5-day work week with potential to earn more by working a sixth day
- New drivers start out at $140/day for their first 90 days
- Opportunity for review and a raise at the end of the 90-day period
- Weekly direct deposit on Mondays (except for banking holidays)
- W2 for tax purposes
- Paid time off after one (1) year
- Paid Holidays after 90 days
- Offers optional Medical, Dental and Vision insurance after 30 days of employment
