Field Canvassing Supervisor – Rock Hill, SC
$18.00 to $21.00/ hr. Full Time
- Recruit, manage, develop, and motivate the assigned Lead Generation team to ensure weekly production numbers are met or exceeded
- Participate in the planning of daily Lead Generation routes ensuring 100% coverage of area neighborhoods
- Supervise, schedule, assess performance, train, and coach the Lead Generation team.
- Prepare weekly production reports for review with the Marketing Manager
- Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, churches, or other community organizations as a resource for potential team candidates
- Driving company vehicle with team into the area neighborhoods
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet and exceed company benchmarks, including Knock Count, Lead Count, and Sales Count for door knocking teams.
