Field Engineer-Commercial Construction
R.D. Michaels is a commercial construction general contractor seeking applicants with the following skills for a project in Melbourne, Florida.
Candidate will do validation for all scopes and aspects of work on a commercial job site. Successful candidate will have thorough understanding of job site drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs. Job tasks include but are not limited to:
· Reading jobs site plans
· Measuring with tape measure, smart level, tripod laser to insure proper measurements
· Perform layout and markings of all saw cuts
· Verify all duct work penetrations and openings
· Verify in that in wall blocking is installed at proper heights and locations
· Verify door swings, locations and heights
Candidate will work closely with on-site Superintendent and subcontractors at jobsite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
