Field Manager - Eastern PA
Regent Cabinets is hiring full-time Field Managers to manage job site projects throughout Philadelphia and Phoenixville, PA. This position is up to 80% travel and offers a monthly travel stipend. Project Territory may be Eastern, PA, New Jersey and New York.
As a Field Manager, you will be providing supervision of 8-10 projects throughout our job sites by managing and directing the foreman, supervisor, and delivery team. The Field Manager will oversee the coordination of deliveries and products.
Regent Cabinets, a member of the HCI portfolio, provides custom cabinets, countertops, and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry. The company also imports pre-cut stone, marble, and quartz countertops sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100+ unit segment of the multi-family market in the US.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with multi-family housing and cabinetry
- Maintains project flow by initiating and coordinating staff and product
- Attends all GC meetings on the job site
- Follows safety and customer regulations
- Walks the job site to ensure products are being installed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicates with the warehouse on all delivery schedules
- Initiating corrective actions as needed
- Managing and coordinating equipment if needed
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
