What you will do:

As our Field Service Coordinator, you will help the LW Allen/Altronex Operations Team by providing phone support to our customers, scheduling Field Service Technicians for field service work, and providing technical support for our products that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water! This position works in our Madison, WI location.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be to provide phone support to our customers and schedule the technicians for field service work to repair, service or install our products. You will provide project management and assist our engineers with scheduling technicians for their projects.
The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills, internally and externally. You must be a driver – someone who strives to get answers and get jobs done. You must have electrical knowledge and be able to read CAD drawings. You must be able to think on your feet and provide direction. A 2-year degree in an electrical, engineering, technician or automated/industrial controls field is preferred as is 3-5 years of experience.
