Job Description
Pay Rate: $23
Field Service Tech assignments include:
Up to $10 for Breakfast
Up to $15 for Lunch
Up to $25 for Dinner
o If they are unable to provide a company cell phone, the worker will be allowed to expense up to $50 per mos for use of their personal cell phone (cell phone bill required to get reimbursement)
MVR required
Pre-employment MVR required.
MVR run every 6 mos on active contingent workers.
Does not enter residential homes
Candidate will have access to company vehicle; if one is not available mileage reimbursement can be done via expense report weekly
Performs installation of demand response switches on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Special Considerations: Lifting is generally in the 10 to 15 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions. Exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is minimal.

- The above and other expenses can be reimbursed only if supervisor approval is obtained prior to incurring the expense.
