CNA Field Supervisor
Personal Care Services Midsouth a family owned and operated non-medical in-home assistance provider, is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Covington office. The services that we offer have been carefully designed to help and care for elderly, sick or disabled individuals who need more help than their family members can provide. We are dedicated to serving our clients with a personalized level of care that creates dignity for those we serve. We currently have offices in Covington, Dyersburg, Brownsville, Memphis, McKenzie and Somerville providing service in 15 West Tennessee counties.
As the Field Supervisor in Covington, you would be responsible for supervising our non-medical Home Care Aids in Tipton county. Duties would include:
· Oversight of services provided to our clients, ensuring services are delivered in a manner consistent with the values of Personal Care Services Midsouth and the client’s dignity is respected.
· Visiting client homes to verify services are being delivered in accordance with the clients care plan.
· Providing resolution of client and home care aide issues.
· Working with Human Resources to maintain a full staff of caregivers.
· Participates in the orientation, training, and continuing education of home care aides.
· Covering client’s homes when caregivers are not available.
· Maintaining a marketing outreach in their territory by developing relationships with referral sources.
· Accurately completing all documentation as requested.
· Upholds and promotes the vision, mission and values of the Agency by a commitment to providing our clients with an exceptional level of care that affords them the ability to maintain a life of independence and dignity at home.
Minimum qualifications are:
· High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
· Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a supervisory position
· Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision;
· Possess excellent organizational skills
· Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation
· Possesses a strong commitment to providing responsive services to the community and ability to establish excellent rapport with client’s staff and community workers
· Have a strong service orientation and ability to work with well with people
· Proven ability to use the computer, including Microsoft Office and database programs
· Successful completion of a background checks
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and insurance
· Current CPR certification
· TB Skin test (may be completed upon offer of employment)
