JOB PURPOSE:
The File Clerk is responsible for managing day-to-day personnel records operations in the Human Resources office and providing maintenance to all personal records to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintained all physical files chronologically and assist with digitalizing documents into the Human Resources System (Workday).

Administers all physical and digital personnel files.

Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with all CMS and NY State requirements regarding personnel records.

Serve as the project coordinator in special assignments in the Human Resources Department.

Creates and maintains medical records for new employees, in coordination with the recruiters.

Assist with maintaining the Human Resources Systems (Workday) and compiling reports from the database.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

College Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Available to work in the Flushing Office.
