ALK Abello’ Source Materials, Inc., (ASM) a leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-Abello’ group of companies, is recruiting for our Finance Business Partner position. Join our stable and growing company and provide leadership and expertise to our workforce located in our 120,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID.

The Finance Business Partier is responsible for all financial matters for the ALK Source Materials sites in Post Falls, ID and Luther, OK including monitoring of financial performance of all relevant financial KPI’s, financial planning and budgeting, along with reporting of cost and investments, development and support of business cases, investment applications and other improvement initiatives. The position is also responsible for inventory valuation and costing of materials, as well as supporting Local Finance processes to assure compliance.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in business administration or economics, along with 4-6 years of experience in Financial Business Partnering in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or other related controlled environments. Candidates must understand a manufacturing operation including production processes, cost drivers, risks and challenges in manufacturing. A team player who is able to build strong relationships across several sites and functions, along with strategic thinking and strong analytical skills combined with experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc., Microsoft Excel and knowledge of BI tolls SAP Bex analyser.

All positions at ASM require the ability to comfortably work around live, stinging insects, allergenic antigens, hazardous chemicals and solvents and laboratory reagents.
