Job Summary:

The Finance Department measures and tracks KPIs and financial metrics that support decision-making.As Finance Manager, you will provide financial and strategic support to the Firms management, practice groups, and collaborate with various departments. The Finance Manager will be responsible forproblem solving, implementing changes and executing projects necessary for the on-going growth of theFirm, and the daily management and development of staff.
Other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the preparation and detailed review of the monthly financial reporting schedules, analyzing variances and projecting financial results.
- Manage the preparation of weekly/monthly KPI reporting. Provide summary highlights and other insights as appropriate.
- Champion our data warehousing project and serve as a power-user of new analytics and reporting tools.
- Lead the annual budget process. Responsibilities include collection of department input, interface with departments to provide and or confirm (budget) assumptions, consolidation of all submissions, validation/review of all inputs and preparation of materials for presentation of plan to the Firms management.
- Serve as point of contact in investigating/evaluating ad hoc business questions. Partner with various departments and practice group leads to provide insightful analysis on high-visibility and key profitability drivers.

- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or other course of study; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A and/or Strategic Finance equivalent functions
- Experience in supervisory positions and leadership management
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
