Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Job at High Rise Fire and Security

Under the direct supervision of the North America CFO, the FP&A Manager position will provide all aspects of financial planning and analysis including reporting, forecasting and budgeting, with a focus on integrating the group’s new subsidiaries in the US and working on system implementations.
While the FP&A Manager will be working for Scutum North America and all of the Group’s US subsidiaries, their Employer of Record will be High Rise Fire & Security, and the position will be located in High Rise’s Brooklyn offices. Occasional travel locally and nationally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to the above, the following are the duties and responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:
Preparation of monthly management accounts to strict deadlines
- Preparation of additional Group reporting requirements
- Assist the CFO with cashflow reporting and analysis
- Support the annual budget process
- Provide financial information and analysis to partners within the business
- Generate financial and operational reports to support key business decisions
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and objectives
- Integrate new acquisitions in the group, with a focus on synergies monitoring
- Champion ERP and BI tools implementation
- Build FP&A teams as Scutum North America grows
- Special projects as needed
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business with emphasis in finance
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience, construction or security industries is a plus
- Strong Excel skills. Experience implementing or working with BI tools and ERP.
- Highly organized and analytical person
Salary Range: 85,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Annual
