MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Required to lift, push, and/or pull 50 pounds repetitively.
- Able to count lites, see defects, read and understand measuring devices, and inspect glass efficiently.
- Able to be on your feet for an entire shift at a time.
- Able to use full range of motion (stoop, crouch, bend over, reach, etc.) throughout a shift.
- Able to see color to verify certain tint colors of glass.
- Able to follow directions.
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinker.
- Good communicator both verbally and in writing/typing.
- Dependable, professional, motivated, and productive.
