Our headquarters and main manufacturing facility are located in a LEED Gold certified, state-of-the-art 125,000 square foot building located at Erie and Halsted Streets in River North. This facility has gated-off street parking, is close to the Kennedy Expressway (I90), and is easily accessible by public transportation. We are a 5 minute walk from the blue line Grand station. Our manufacturing facility is clean, safe and air conditioned year round.

Positions Available

We have multiple job openings in our finishing departments, with on-the-job training provided.

• Racker/Unracker - Rack and unrack parts for powder painting and chrome plating, inspect parts for defects and deliver them to the appropriate department.Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Rack and unrack parts for powder painting and plating.
Accurately count material, create labels and deliver parts to the correct departments.
Carefully load and unload nickel and chrome plated parts into appropriate containers with proper packaging.
Inspect finished products to verify quality.

• Plater - Coat parts with thin layers of metal by placing and lifting racks loaded with parts in and out of plating tanks.Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Plate a variety of parts in nickel, chrome, and satin finishes.
Inspect finished products to verify quality.
Learn and operate wastewater treatment system.

• Polisher - Polish and/or buff raw parts to the desired finish using a polishing or buffing machineOperate polishing equipment following defined polishing procedures.

Inspect finished products to verify quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• A high school or GED degree.
• Ability to lift up tp 50 lbs at a time
• Ability to work on your feet for a full day in a fast-paced environment.
• Plating, polishing, and powder coating experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting salary range is $15.40 for entry-level roles (ex. Racker) and may be more depending on the job and experience.
• Overtime available for most positions.
• Pay rate can increase by $1.25/hr for perfect attendance.
