We are looking for AWESOME & ENERGETIC individuals to join the team at KickHouse Bel Air. We are seeking highly motivated people who are proactive, team players, and have what we call the “it” factor!
You MUST enjoy interacting and getting to know people. Learning people’s why and setting them up for success is especially important to us. You must be empathetic, a go-getter, and have a positive attitude to be a great KickHouse instructor.
Expect to work hard, learn marketable skills in business, marketing, customer service, and start to master the skill of influence.
No Kickboxing experience… No Problem! We have an extensive training program that will ensure you have all the skills you need!
Gymnasts, dancers, performers, and fitness instructors are a plus! Engaging hosts, hostesses and servers are great! A marketing, sales or fitness background is preferred but NO experience is needed – we train the right people!
Responsibilities:
Learn the KickHouse culture where the primary focus is to help members achieve their fitness goals through extraordinary customer service.
Command a room and be able to keep a high energy environment during our classes and tours of the studio.
Execute our sales process for lead generation, follow up and membership enrollment.
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, community) to promote our studio.
Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required.
We are looking for an individual who works well with other team members and who values what we value: hard work, trustworthiness and dependability.
Must have proficient computer skills and familiar with using Social Media.
Must have morning and evening availability, and must be able to work a rotating weekend schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20 per hour
