A Fleet Coordinator at Hero is responsible for ensuring that all of Hero’s fleet is being well maintained in regard to maintenance, safety, and efficiency to ensure that all vehicles meet company and regulatory standards. Schedule

  • 6:30am-3pm, Monday thru Friday, although times may vary based on business needs
  • Must be flexible in working extended hours to help meet department needs based on business volume and needs
  • Overtime is offered by management when available, and may at times be required

Essential Job Duties

  • Manage spare vehicles to include check in/out, audit inventory, and ensure vehicle fully operational
  • Effectively Audit all vehicle types
  • Order and replenish audited vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Build out new vehicles in ordinance with Hero’s processes
  • Perform warehouse runner duties as needed and may assist field personnel

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
  • Able to be insurable through the company’s insurance policy
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Service Titan
  • Must be able to drive all company vehicles – including 20+ ft box trucks
  • Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
