Job Overview:
Flight Club's Merchandise Associate must have the ability to assist in making sure the sales floor, sneaker shelves and apparel attract attention.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership team to ensure the proper display procedures are being followed
- Ensure all merchandise is being displayed accurately according to company standards
- Maintains inventory accuracy by ensuring all display items are appropriately labeled
- Maintain and replenish sneaker/apparel on a daily basis as needed
Requirements:
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with the necessary departments and/or business partners
- Preferred at least two years of experience in a retail environment or visual merchandise experience
- Knowledgeable of the latest trends in athletic wear and sneaker culture preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Capable of working on their feet for extended period of time

- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Miami, FL 33137: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
