OX Floor Coatings, www.oxfloors.com, is looking for Floor Installer(s) in your area (Stuart/Jupiter/Port St Lucie/West Palm Beach) to install Polyaspartic floor coating to residential and commercial customers.

Position Summary

The Production department supports the business by quickly and correctly installing our beautiful floor coating to our customers. Your job is to professionally install the flooring in garages, patios, and other flooring areas. You will also be installing to commercial customers as well on large projects such as factory floors, airplane hangers, car dealerships etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Install Polyaspartic floor coating at customer’s contracted location

· Responsible for using company issued installation tools/machines to properly install the OX floor coating

· Develop a genuine warm and polite rapport and conversation with the customer to facilitate the install

· Ability to drive the company vehicles/trucks per company standards and policies

· Adhere to Safety rules and policies at all times

· Commitment to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end!

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

· Experience with floor coatings such as but not limited to Epoxy, Polyaspartic, Hybrid Blends helpful but not required

· Some knowledge of paint coatings

· Attention to detail

· Ability to stoop, kneel, stand

· Strong Work Ethic and Team Player approach

· Some proficiency using computer software i.e. Email, BambooHR, Timeclock

· Must possess a valid driver’s license

· Access to reliable transportation

· Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship from employer

· Must have satisfactory background check, drug test, and driving record results

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
