PROJECT and FLOOR TECHNICIAN
This Position starts at $16/hour
Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
A REWARDING FULL TIME CAREER that offers diversity from day to day. FULL-TIME PROJECT & FLOOR TECHNICIANS performs a variety of custodial tasks relating to the cleaning of different floor types (e.g. carpeted, VCT, ceramic/quarry tiled, and concrete floors). Company specific carpet and floor cleaning technique training will be provided but application varies from assignment to assignment and requires independent thinking and problem solving.
Additional project assignments include power washing, window cleaning and other quarterly assignments requested by the client that fall within our scoop of capabilities.

Position requires physical strength and dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required cleaning duties. Requires ability to climb stairs, stand for long periods, bend and stoop regularly throughout work period. Frequent bending and lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted on a regular, recurring basis. Custodian or Floor Technician experience is required.
