Zothex Flooring, Cabinets & More is quickly expanding and we are looking for new members to join our family! We are currently hiring full-time Sales/Project Managers in our Vacaville Location.

In order to grow we’re looking to expand exponentially with an outside sales team that’s as driven as we are, but also cares about or customers happiness. We are looking for motivated sales people who genuinely care about helping our customers make their home improvement dreams come true. Our clients aren’t just looking for flooring, they want a tailored experience that will transform their homes and lives with quality and value.

We have product (lifetime) and installation (1 year) warranties that are just one part of why we guarantee our clients will be completely satisfied. We do almost any kind of work from residential to commercial flooring: carpet, hardwood or laminate surfaces! • Personal and group coaching… designed to take your skills and abilities to the next level.
• Tech, tools, and automation created to allow you to get rid of the boring, repetitive tasks that bog down most salespeople.

Job Duties:

• Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
• Initiate outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to prospects.
• Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule sales calls.
• Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
• Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong company culture fit
• Ability to receive inbound and make outbound phone calls via cell or internet (wired ethernet) in a quiet environment without interruptions.
• Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor.
• Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert, but knowledgeable
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flooring experience a HUGE plus

Other Information:

• Compensation: 100% commission - High Six Figures is achievable ($160K+ annually, $50K - $80K typical first year), anything less than 6 figures would be considered a failure. There is no ceiling to your earnings
• W-2 employee status
• Working from anywhere in the Vacaville, CA vicinity
