In this role, you will be responsible for all food and beverage production and service as directed by hotel/company leadership. The F&B Manager supervises our front of house and back of house teams for our Bistro and bar, as well as banquets when applicable for the property.
This leader must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.
We are conveniently located within walking distance from Poydras Street Station (N) and multiple bus stations including Canal + N. Peters, Canal + Tchoupitoulas and Canal and Magazine for easy commuting.

Requirements:
- Strong background in food and beverage fundamentals and multi-departmental oversight with at least three years’ management experience in a comparable hotel environment
- Four year degree from college/technical school OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Hilton brand and OnQ experience is a plus
