DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

This position will provide regularly scheduled online and/or on-site Fortinet NSE certificate training courses based on the Fortinet NSE Training Institutes procedure and materials. In addition, this position may participate in necessary Service and Support Engineering activities and assignments.

This role will report to the Sr. Director, Support and Services.

As the Fortinet ATC Instructor, you will:

• Provide regularly scheduled online and/or onsite Fortinet NSE certificate training courses
• Have an understanding of where the vendor complements and competes within the existing vendor landscape
• Participate in conference calls and web meetings with Partners to assist in positioning of correct solutions for a given end user opportunity
• Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and coordinate trainings, and ensure accreditations are maintained
• Produce monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for Exclusive Networks management and the vendor
• Work to achieve both individual and team targets against agreed revenue and profit requirement

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Fortinet ATC Instructor will have:

• Knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution
• 3+ years of technical trainer experience (1+year experience leading webinars)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in live environment in commercial firewall products (FortiGate, PAN, Juniper, CheckPoint, etc.)
• Networking experience in OSI model Layer 1-7
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and VM
• Strong communication & analytical skills

• Full Time, Remote and in-office
• Exempt Salary ($135,000 - $150,000 OTE)
• Travel up to 30%
