Framing Job at Folger Building Company

We are a fast growing locally owned company with a great team that thrives on having a professional and friendly environment. We are hiring four candidates for this role. Folger Building offers great incentives to help you accomplish your goals such as training in different construction methods, reading blueprints, training with power and air tools, and a $ sign on bonus depending on experience and bonus incentives. We hire for all trades and are willing to train. Work begins promptly at 7am, Monday through Friday. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems while working independently. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper framing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
- Proper use of measurements
- Pneumatic nail guns and saws
- Install installation
- Read blueprints & tape measures
- Assembly of materials, lumber, sheetrock, decking, sub sheeting.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry objects 75 and over on occasion.
- Can consistently reach above and below shoulder level.
- Ability to read and understand measurements
- Ability to take direction, and work in a team with others.
- Can meet our daily schedule and possible overtime when necessary.
- Ability to climb ladders, use hoist and use man lifts to perform work duties.
