Job Title: Receptionist


Provide office support to the Columbus Branch. Duties include answering all incoming calls, greeting visitors and assisting with any special projects from the Branch Manager. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Other duties may be required as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

The following duties:

  • Perform general office duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and scheduling appointments.
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and route to appropriate departments.
  • Professionally greet all visitors and help get to whom they are there to see.
  • Provide information to callers and relay any messages.
  • Assist Branch Manager with any special projects.
  • Schedule any needed meetings for the Branch Manager
  • Attend any necessary office meetings.
  • Order lunch when needed at Branch Manager’s request for meetings.
  • Keep inventory and order office materials.
  • Sort all incoming mail.
  • Receive and send any Fed-Ex or UPS packages when needed.
  • Keep office and break room area clean and fully stocked.

Education / Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2+ years of receptionist or office assistant experience is required.
  • Previous construction industry experience is a plus.

Computer Skills:

  • Computer Skills: Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
