We are seeking a persona with a pleasing personality for our hotel. A people's person we our looking for someone who loves greeting guests, helping them, answering any questions they may have and provide them with the information they need in order to reach their destination. Candidates must have superior customer service skills and a high attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide them with information.
- Listen to complaints and work to resolve them.
- Operate receptionist equipment (answering phone, controlling security system).
- Know local area attractions and businesses.
A Person who is willing to cross train and help in other parts of operations will be preferred. Prior Hospitality work experience & knowledge of Opera cloud will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
