Front Desk Attendant/Receptionist Job at CiTi MD LLC
Our company is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers who enter the building and answering their questions efficiently and courteously. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. We are looking for a professional who has experience in customer service, along with a passion for helping people. This is an entry level, full-time position for an individual who is motivated to succeed in the fast-paced world of customer service!
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones professionally.
- Greet guests and direct to appropriate staff or departments.
- Organize materials and maintain a neat and orderly environment.
- Listen attentively to guest complaints and deal with them effectively.
- Remain courteous, patient, and respectful under pressure.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Follow proper hotel security procedures for valuables and cash.
- Process payments for goods and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
