Front Desk Clerk Job at LivINN Hotels

Shift: Mon- Fri 3 pm - 11 pm
Sign On Bonus $500 after 90 days
Duties:
- Greet guests and staff with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner using prescribed methodology.
- Assist guests with reservations, check ins/check outs, verify billing in person and on the phone
- Assist guests with requests
- Keep work and surrounding area clean
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Assist with laundry duties
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing
