We’re looking for a Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our team! Front Desk Agents at the Holiday Inn Pewaukee are the front-runners of the property’s policies, procedures and first impressions. They are the salespeople and customer service representatives – essentially, the physical embodiment of the property.
Responsibilities
- Greeting arriving guests
- Selling available guest rooms and up-selling features
- Accurately processing a guest’s reservation
- Accurately processing payments and charges
- Communication on the telephone and in person
- Provide assistance for any guest inquiry
- Monitor the activities within the property, the distribution of keys and access to the building
- Maintain the lobby, front desk, and common areas during each shift
- Monitor the activities, towels, and equipment in the pool area
- Know all safety precautions, emergency procedures, and be familiar with the building systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
