FRONT DESK / OFFICE SUPPORT – NORTH CONWAY
We are looking for passionate, talented, motivated individuals to join our firm! We are seeking an experienced, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented front office person to join our North Conway administrative team. The position is year-round and full-time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones; greeting clients and vendors; collating tax returns and financial statements; file maintenance; incoming and outgoing mail; printing; copying; scanning; maintaining document logs, and performing other administrative work as needed.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- Prior office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge, proficiency and aptitude for applicable software and firm technology, including Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is helpful.
