We are a motel located in downtown Chico. We are looking for a Night Auditor Front Desk receptionist at the Americas Best Value Inn Chico. You must be friendly, courteous and respectful. Having excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must.
Job is full time or part time. Work hours are: 11pm - 7am either 2 days a week or 5 days a week.
What will you be doing most days?
- Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedure, as well as, throughout the entirety of their stay
- Work on the hotel's electronic reservation system, as well as, other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow
- Handle all financial matters - including credit card and cash transactions securely and accurately
- Cleaning the office and doing other chores
No prior experience necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
