Front Desk Receptionist Job at Confidential

Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for greeting and directing all visitors, guests and callers to their appropriate destinations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with the public and is able to provide excellent customer service while working as part of a team. All Front Desk Receptionists are required to be proficient in using a multi-line telephone system and other computer-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, guests, and vendors in a friendly manner.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Deliver packages and messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Provide general information on the organization's products and services to customers, guests, and vendors.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the organization's services and products.
  • Perform general clerical duties including faxing, photocopying, filing correspondence, and other paperwork.
  • Randomly make photocopies for the company below cost.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
