POSITION

A Front Desk Sales Associate has strong customer service skills, and understands the importance of maintaining a positive studio community. This person is responsible for achieving sales targets, according to Brand mission, values, and SOPs. It’s all about healthy living and elevating others!

LOCATION

Situated in the tony enclave of Knox/Henderson near Highland Park, BODYBAR’s Legacy Studio at Travis Walk anchors the franchise portfolio. This is where it all began! Founded in 2012 by Laurie and Steve Gatlin, BODYBAR Dallas was the first of its kind to offer Group Reformer classes to this refined clientele. The energy and spirit of this studio shines as the original flame within the BODYBAR studio family.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experience

• Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas

• Adept in self-generating leads via community events, partnerships, and member referrals

• Passionate about fitness

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email

• Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual

• Proficient with client management software

DUTIES

• Achieve monthly revenue targets via BODYBAR sales process designed to preserve monthly membership draft

• Utilize member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive member referrals

• Follow all policies and procedures

• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization

• Any other duties as assigned
