We are hiring for our customer service/front of house team! Our front of house team members are our guests' first experience with Clean Eatz when they walk in the door and we are searching for welcoming individuals too be a part of our team!

We aim to offer a positive and happy place to work, eat, and shop. Our FOH team is always on the move, whether assisting guests with their cafe and meal plan orders, labeling and stocking Grab & Go (frozen) meals, tidying the cafe after guests and during and after shifts, and occasionally helping with meal or dessert prep. We offer employee discounts, generous tip share and unlimited opportunities for promotion in our company family. Our hours of operation run from 11AM-7PM M-F & 11AM-3PM Sat-Sun.

Some more details on what you'll do....

  • Provide a welcoming experience by greeting guests, educating them on the Cafe menu, frozen Grab N’ Go meals and weekly Meal Plans options, keeping the guest experience in mind at all times
  • Prevent guest dissatisfaction by ensuring that tickets are actioned in a timely manner and quality of food is high
  • Respond to guest concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously. Request management support as needed to ensure that every guest returns and can recommend Clean Eatz to others
  • Demonstrate your appreciation for guests by sincerely thanking them for their visits and their business
  • Recognize potential theft/loss situations and provide personal guest service to deter theft
  • Dust and clean shelves, counters, tables, fixtures, merchandise, cafe equipment and restrooms
  • Organize and inventory front of house products, and cafe supplies
  • Pick up and discard paper, packing material, and any other debris, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment
  • Demonstrate the behaviors expected of all Clean Eatz Team Members, including a strong bias for action and high levels of maturity and professionalism, commitment to a respectful workplace, and integrity
  • Proficient ability to comprehend and to follow company policy and procedures
  • Working ability to operate Point of Sale computer system
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach with arms / hands and lift merchandise weighing up to 10 lbs. from ground level to minimum height of 4 feet
  • Ability to move throughout the cafe unassisted to provide guest service or perform tasks in any part of the cafe for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects and displays (up to 50 lbs.), bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, and climb on ladders
  • Ability to comprehend and comply with all Clean Eatz policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those related to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, respectful workplace, guest service expectations and ethical responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of computerized cash register system preferred

Pay: $11.00 - $16.45 per hour
