FT Visual Merchandiser Job at Patina
Patina is a specialty purveyor known for a curated mix of home decor, fragrance, paper, jewelry & toys in an inspiring & ever-changing environment.
We are seeking a full-time Retail Visual Merchandiser to join our Woodbury. The ideal candidate will have a love of a fast-paced retail environment, a proven record of effective merchandising techniques, and an energetic attitude toward customer service. This is a salaried, exempt position that offers a benefit package and generous store discount.
Responsibilities will include:
- Executing floor sets
- Processing incoming merchandise
- Restocking sales floor
- Hanging fixtures
- Changing displays
- Assisting with inventory management
Qualifications:
- Previous retail merchandising experience
- High energy
- Strong visual aesthetic
- Ability to prioritize and follow directions
- Ability to work on ladders
- Ability to move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, collaborative retail environment
- Understanding of critical work times/seasons in a retail business
