Fulfillment Leader Job at Hussmann
You will oversee the financial responsibilities of the organization by being a liaison between the District Manager and the Financial Leader/Analyst. The management responsibilities are driven by the guidance of the daily operations of the service and installation teams' general office administration staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monitoring and modification of general office administrative staff procedures to meet customer needs and goals.
- Oversee the administrative team, including hiring, managing, coaching, and disciplining service/installation office staff while ensuring all monthly goals are met.
- Oversee all financial aspects of the assigned branch within the District, including journal entries, PO processing, billing/invoicing, reconciliation of accounts, and preparing reports for the Monthly Operating Review Meeting (MOR).
- Oversee and coordinate the cost center to ensure that all internal transactions are recorded and reimbursed through the proper accounts.
- Oversee monitoring of customers and subcontractor contracts to ensure they are accurately filed, processed, invoiced, or paid as appropriate.
- Review documents, such as cost reports, purchase orders, and staffing demands, to determine personnel or materials requirements while requisitioning and maintaining inventories of supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Establish all subcontractor/supplier accounts.
- Oversee employee payroll processing, including tracking PTO, completing reports for bargaining employees as applicable, and reviewing and submitting employee expense reports for hourly staff.
- Examine and analyze accounting records to determine audit readiness.
- Report to management about audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
- Responsible for oversight of staff who confer with customers by telephone or email to determine reasons for payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
- Arrange for payment or establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
- Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and knowledge of commercial refrigeration, and HVAC.
- Experience in management/supervisory function.
- Analyze general business ledgers, financial statements, and other reports.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular working hours.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Travel within the region.
Formal Education Requirement:
Required Level: Bachelor's Degree Or Five years of related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 5
