Crescent Bank is looking for an Auto Finance Funding Manager. The primary function of this position is to manage a funding verification team that is responsible for ensuring that Crescent Bank’s funding requirements are met and all laws and regulations in conjunction with the Retail Installment Contract are in compliance. The position provides oversight, development and leadership to Crescent Bank's verification team, ensuring efficiencies to meet department goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Retail Installment Sales Contracts and supporting documents are processed in compliance with State and Federal Laws.
  • Thorough understanding of auto finance indirect lending process.
  • Maintain departmental process standards to ensure quality and productivity standards are in accordance with Crescent Banks's confidentiality policies and organizational values.
  • Proactively manage team time, balance daily workflow and demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver quality results.
  • Communicate, both verbally and written in a professional, concise and positive manner and tone and communicate effectively with all levels, including management.
  • Across the team, utilize time-management and multi-tasking skills to fund contracts as quickly as possible with compliant quality.
  • Supervisory duties for team.
  • Effectively perform and document employee evaluations including, but not limited to, coaching, annual performance reviews, and disciplinary/corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our dealers and customers
  • Perform additional duties as needed within the department.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience, Auto Finance management preferred
  • College level education preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of indirect lending process.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to make decisions and handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to identify, design and develop training programs based on the needs of the department.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, partnering, mentoring and coaching skills and presentations skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Office.
