Position Title: Game Attendant
Primary Objective of Position:
District is looking for a team that enjoys working in a fast paced and fun environment. We are looking for Game Attendants who have stellar personalities, understand that the guest is the most important person, and ensure guests receive an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service while being attentive to the guests? needs.
Essential Functions:
Your responsibilities would include the following:
- Greets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
- Speaks to guests with enthusiasm.
- Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards and ensures guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Always maintains a professional appearance.
- Communicates with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains cleanliness of all arcade and games and surrounding areas and continuously is sanitizing.
- Understands how to play each arcade game.
- Is able to properly clean each arcade game.
- Assists guests with any questions including game play.
- Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
- Performs duties as assigned.
- Responsible for constant sanitation.
- Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualification Standards:
- Reaches, bends, stoops, stands and walks for long periods of time frequently.
- Able to lift as much as 35lbs.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.
