GENERAL SUMMARY
Works in production/assembly area responsible for making sure all steps in the process are followed and anything incorrect is corrected to ensure products make it through the system physically and systematically.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Works on assembly line, production, packaging in various capacities according to specifications.
• Documents products that are going to the production line.
• Physically moves product to and from the production line.
• Works in Operational sanitation.
• Responsible for alerting operators, leads or supervisors of any quality or safety issue.
• Reports to Production lead and supervisor.
• Responsible for working safely at all times.
• On the floor 100% of shift.
• Other duties as needed by line.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and operate tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit, walk, stoop or crouch. In addition, some facilities are multi-level and may require ascending or descending stairs.
The employee may occasionally move up to 40 pounds with a hoist, pallet-jack or cart, and regularly lift to 15 pounds of boxes of product, bales of cartons, or rolls of film.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Able to communicate and take direction from the Group Lead and/or the Production Supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Preferred one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Multi-shift production operations may be expansive, noisy, wet/humid and vary in temperature from refrigerated environments, ambient or warm in summer months depending on facility.
