IQP Enterprise, LLC is looking for an EXPERIENCED 1099 General Contractors to cover Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, Washington and surrounding areas. Job detail includes but not limited to Full Property Preservation/ REO work: Trash Outs, Winterizations, Cleaning Gutters and Roof, Re Keying, Initial Lock Changing and Securing, Fencing, Painting, Board Ups, Tree Cutting and Removal, etc. Contractors MUST TAKE Before, During, and After photos of ALL work in order to receive payout for each (WO) Work Order. Once order is complete payment will be received in 3-5 days. Work Order locations will vary depending on demand. If you have a crew that is a plus we are currently looking to hire a crew of 6. Please keep in mind that you MUST HAVE your own transportation, and supplies such as basic tools, equipment, and supplies to complete work orders. All work orders details will be provided with scope of work, pricing, and estimated completion dates before assigned. You do not have to commit to any work order that you are not able to complete on time and we would prefer that you be upfront if you cannot. This will not prevent you from getting future work.
