We're hiring at Shine of Minnetonka for multiple positions on our team – with growth opportunities!

In this position, you will immediately join a team hanging holiday lights at current and new customers' homes and businesses.

No experience? No problem! We will teach you everything – and provide paid training! We hire based on attitude and personality, NOT based on experience.

  • Show up in the morning at our Shine office for a quick team huddle and learn your day's game plan
  • Help load your Shine vehicle with the proper equipment for that day's work
  • Travel with a teammate / Crew Leader to customers’ homes or to local businesses and clean windows, pressure wash, clean gutters, and install holiday lights.
  • Work as a team with your Crew Leader throughout the day to complete services and meet expectations of our customers
  • Return to our Shine office and unload van at day's end.
